As a fast-growing company, we were looking for a way to make our stock management and time registration of staff more efficient. Our IT partner CDM ICT has proposed two a tailor-made solutions for us. For example, we no longer need a separate scanner for stock management because this is done via smartphone.
We can still perform more elaborate operations from the PC.
For time registration, an app was developed that makes it easy to register working hours by using a smartphone. Data is immediately saved in SharePoint. From there we can easily extract Excel files ourselves.
The most recent development is an app with which we manage everything related to VCA. We can easily generate QR codes ourselves and then scan them with a smartphone. This way, everyone on the construction site immediately sees the manual, inspection date, or other relevant information.
All solutions provide the necessary time savings. In short, a no-brainer!
